Recipes

Choc Nana Smoothie

1 frozen Banana

1/2 Pear (fresh or frozen)

250ml Almond Milk

1 tbsp Cacao

Dash Maple Syrup

1 tsp Mesquite

1/2 tsp Reishi mushrooms

Put all ingredients in Blender.  Blend until smooth. Drink with a heart full of gratitude.

Warming Chai

125ml Boiling Water

1 tbsp Roasted Dandelion Chai

(we love nourishing herbs)

250 ml Almond/Cashew/Hemp Milk

1 tsp Maple Syrup

1/2 tsp Masons Mushrooms

(we love Superfeast)

1 tsp Coconut Oil

Mix boiling water and chai and leave to seep for at least 10min.  

Add all other ingredients to a small saucepan, heat through.  Strain chai mix and add to saucepan.   I use a coffee milk thermometer and like to heat approx 60c. Serve in a mug that makes you feel loved.  Enjoy!
